Artist's Description

Sometimes I am trying to breathe underwater while I see the crashing waves above my head. I would be alright if I could just breathe in, allowing life to come back in. Slowly I rise to the top until frantic breaths take over, saving me again.

About Lesa Weller

Lesa Weller

Eyes capture light's variations as the mind interprets color-filled patterns. Lesa Weller's art expresses and eases her struggle with Dissociative Identity Disorder. Emotions from lost time resurface in ink, oils, artist markers, colored pencils and watercolors. Her abstracts combine geometric and organic forms in arresting colors and stylish designs.
